[Helix-client-dev] RE: Splay for win32-i386-vc9

- Make sure "embed_manifest" is added to the build option. If not, then add it and do a clean rebuild.

- Make sure hxmedplyeng.dll(client/core) is successfully built and placed in the same directory as splay.exe

- If it still fails, then you will have to step-into the code and figure out why hxmedplyeng.dll can't be loaded, this will be inside our plugin handler.

Hi Henry,

I am trying to compile the client code form hxclient_3_1_0_althes and branch are:
Target: splay
Profile: helix-client-all-defines
Platform: win32-i386-vc9

Using both build.py and vs2008 IDE (makefile.sln) to compiled the source successfully.
But splay.exe can not play MP3 file. It breaks from line 2039 of main.cpp as below:

My .bulldrc file is :
