First I downloaded the source file "all_clients-helix-20100310-source.zip" from Internet.
Then I want to build it on Windows XP. But it failed after I setup all of the environment variables.
When I ran build.py, like following:

C:\source\helix>build.py

It seems you have not configured your buildrc file yet.
If you like, I can install a default buildrc file for you:

AddCVS("helix",":pserver:anoncvs@localhost:/cvs")
AddBIFPath("common","[helix]common/build/BIF")
-------------------------------------------------------
Would you like to install the above in 'C:\source\.buildrc'? y

The default bulidrc will enable to you to work against the
anonymous Helix CVS repository only. If you require named
cvs access, or access to more repositories and/or BIF file
directories, please exit the build system now and customize
your buildrc file. You will also need to set up an ssh
tunnel to be able to access the helixcommunity cvs repository.

I have already got all of the source codes. Why still need the first line "AddCVS"?

But build.py failed whether I tried to remove the first line AddCVS or not.

BTW, I also add the DirectXSDK path and the platform SDK path in the .buildrc file.
And I installed cygwin. But I can not use it. It always said that :
ssh: connect to host cvs.helixcommunity.org port 22: Connection refused.

Who can help me with this? What happened? How can I build the source code on windows XP ?
