[Helix-client-dev] Cannot generate ra8hbr_fixpt.a

Hi

ra8hbr_fixpt.a is needed to generate atrc.so.  But it seems that we cannot generate ra8hbr_fixpt.a any more when the build target is all_dist_components.

My build configuration is 
[0] Set BIF branch (hxclient_3_1_0_atlas_restricted)
[1] Set Target(s) (all_dist_components)
[2] Set Profile (helix-client-all-defines)

The SYSTEM_ID is android-donut3230-arm-qsd_8x50.

In addition, I also cannot find the source code  for generating ra8hbr_fixpt.a . Is there any reason for that? Thanks.
