[Helix-server-dev] 14-2 build issue

Hi, 

I am trying to build helix server 14-2, with the following setting

branch: SERVER_14_2
platform: win32-i386-vc7
distribution/archive from: win32-i386-vc7
build options: release
profile: D:\source\build\umakepf\helix-server-all-defines
cvs revision: SERVER_14_2
copy target: release
target(s): servinst

The build halted with many errors (see attached build.out), particularly, this switchverifier.h is not found in my source tree, which is needed by the profile all-defines. Could someone tell me what is right build set up for building a helix server installer? thanks,
