If I attempt to use the constants associated with GetSystemConfig in .NET
combined with a manually created (non-embedded) version of the object,
the Constants are not recognized.

The following code works in VB6 but does not work in VB.NET:

producerObj.GetSystemConfig(ehxVideoDevices)

If I hardcode the value, the member returns the correct result:

producerObj.GetSystemConfig(3)

Repro:
1. Create an instance of the producer object
2. attempt to call GetSystemConfig with a constant as the parameter:
producerObj.GetSystemConfig(ehxVideoDevices)

Result:

The IDE complains that the name "ehxVideoDevices" is not declared

Expected:

The constant parameter should be recognized from both embedded and manually
created instances in .NET.
