This problem appears with producerdna_all-081803-646 build on all OS.

Actual Result:
With current producer command line help, '-vco' and '-eco' switches are missing.

Expected Result:
New switches '-vco' and '-eco' should be included in Producer 9.2  command line 
help.

-vco Video Codec Override <rv9|rv8|rvg2svt>
-eco Encoding Complexity Override <very-fast|fast|high|very-high>
