[Helix-producer-issues] [Bug 15376] New: Can not encode from device with Postview for second times

When I encode from Device with Postview window, BuildInstance() call for 
IID_IHXTInput returns 
fail for the second times. If I encode from file, it works.

REPRODUCE:
1. Update main.cpp of advencoder sample
	- add loop from Step 2: to Step 14:

while(1) {
	// Step 2: Initialize the logging system so that log messages are 
transmitted
    if (SUCCEEDED(res))
		res = encoderApp.InitializeLogSystem();
		:
		:
	// Step 14: Start encoding
	if (SUCCEEDED(res))
		res = encoderApp.StartEncoding();
}

2. Run advencoder.exe
3. Disable log system
4. Set input to Device
5. Enable Postview
6. Start encoding
7. Wait 30 seconds
8. Repeat from 4
