1) Platform Details: Windows 2K, PIV 2.4GHz ,512 MB RAM.

2) Windows Build No. :  toolsall-021604-1718

3) Steps to repeat:
   a)Run the installer and complete the installation successfully.     
   b)verify that the installation is complete and contains files as 
listed. 

4) Expected Result : 
   a)All files listed in Spec(section 8,Installed Files-windows-plus.txt)
     should get installed in their respective directories.

5) Actual Result :
   a) Some files listed in windows-plus.txt (specs) are not present in 
      the actual install directory, even when the installation process is 
      completed successfully. 
      For eg. 
      (i)Aud files : 700k VBR Download, 1.5M, S-350K surround VBR 
                     Download, S-384K surround DSL or Cable .
      (ii)Some dll files in the dirs common, Plugins, RealMediaEditor are 
          missing.  
   b) Some files present in the actual install directory, are not 
      mentioned in the spec.
      For eg. 
      (i)Aud files, codecs, help/graphics, help/htmfiles and icons,Docs 
         dir, RealMediaEditor-Codecs,Help, Plugin, Tools and Resources.  

6) Alternatively, the spec should be updated. 

7) Also, no install.log file is created. So, we are unable to check 
   certain mismatches.
