1) Platform Details: winXP, PIV 2.4GHz, 512 MB RAM

2) Build No. : toolsall-100504-2198

3) Steps to Repeat:
   a) Set the following tags in the audience File aud.rpad
          <codecName type="string">ralf</codecName>
   b) Run the following command:
       producer -i test.avi -ad aud.rpad -o out.rm
         where test.avi is a valid audio-video file.
   
4) Expected Result:
   The job should encode successfully using the ralf codec.
   The output File should playback successfully.

5) Actual Result:
   Job encodes successfully, however when we playback the output file using
   Real Player Version 10.5 Build 6.0.12.1053 the following error is 
   generated-:
   "Real Player needs to download new software to play this clip"

6) Although no error is logged but there seems to be some problem while 
   encoding with ralf codec. Output files don't playback correctly.
   Or there could be a problem at player-end when playingback ralf-
   encoded files.
