1) Platform Details: Windows 2K, PIV 2.4GHz ,512 MB RAM.

2) Windows Build No. : toolsall-021604-1718

3) Steps to repeat:
   Run the installer and in step3 (i.e.Install Options), specify the 
   installation directory as a relative path,with respect to the location 
   where the installer (Build) is placed. 

4) Expected Result : 
   Producer should get installed successfully at the specified location.

5) Actual Result :
   a) When a relative path is specified, an error message is reported 
      stating that "Path does not exist. Please specify correct path".
