This problem appears on windows with producerdna_all-071503-557 builds.

How to Repeat:
1)Install producer.zip on windows machine.
2)Set transport to TCP on Helix Server 9.0
3)Run pull broadcast from cmd line
producer -ac 1 -vc 1 -si [email protected]:3031/1.rm
4)Playback the stream.
5)Cannot playback the output stream.

Actual Result:
Following is the error messages displayed when transport is TCP.

Expected Result: Pull broadcast with TCP transport should work properly.
