Test Carried on:
PIII 550Mhz, win2k, Osprey 220 Capture card, 256MB Ram.

This problem appears with toolsall-121203-1620 build on windows OS.

Producer ignores 'drt' and 'drs' switches when specified from the command line.

How to Repeat:
1)Install zip file on windows OS.
2)Run producer from cmd line with drs and drt switches.
producer -i hello.avi -o test.rm -drs 1
producer -i hello.avi -o test.rm -drt 1:00
3)Producer displays error msg for drt and drs switches and  encoding is carried out 
successfully ignoring those switches.

Actual Result: 
producer -i hello.avi -o test.rm -drs 1
RealProducer(R) Plus 10.0 Preview Build number: 10.0.0.24
Error: Unrecognized parameter, destinationRollSize.

Expected Result: 'drs' and 'drt' switches should work properly from command line 
and producer should not ignore.
