Environment: P3/933 XP Pro, DX8.1a, QT 6.1

Source File: QA's File Server: /content/MOV/Audio_video/282x213_RGB24_44k16s.mov

Build: producerdna_all-021103-182

Description: When attempting to encode the file, it crashes.
The log is included at the end of this report.  
When the MOV reader is disabled, and 
the QT reader is used, a crash does not occur.

How-To-Repeat:
1. Obtain the source file
2. Tell Producer to encode the file:
producer -dt -i 282x213_RGB24_44k16s.mov
3. Notice the crash


Actual Result: Producer crashes when attempting to encode the file using the MOV reader

Expected Result: Producer should encode the file fine, just like when using the QT reader, with QT installed.

9.0.1 Windows crashes when using the MOV reader
Linux build producerdna_all-021903-216 seg faults

It looks like the colour converter doesn't like what the reader is passing it.

I just checked in a fix for this this morning.  The problem was that
the mov reader didn't handle a width that wasn't an even multiple of
4.  It still doesn't but now it fails properly so that the compressed
reader is used instead.

Verified on Windows head(producerdna_all-022503-232) and branch(producerdna_all-022403-231.
Failure prompts attempt of QTreader. Encode succeeds with proper Quicktime installation.
