Dear Nelson,
    Thank you for your reply.
You have mentioned that there is ready-made commercial source for
Blackfin. Does it mean that we need to pay for it before we get it?

The project we are now doing is used for IPTV. We need to implement
many video format: MPEG4, h.263, WMV, realmedia, and more functions, such
as copyright control, video definition control and so on. This project is
supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
We want to use DSP as the decode chip of client box, In the first step,
we want to implment it on Blackfin53x because of the price of this chip is
low. But in succession, We will port it to TI DMxxx series.
The earlier goal is to implment the project(including the porting of
RealMedia decode). If this project is successful, It may be used in
commerce, and the potential collaborator is Sichuan telecom and Sichuan
Changhong electronic.
Could we get the code by Real Format Source Code Porting and
Optimization License firstly, and sign the RCSL Commercial Use license
later if we want to use it in commerce?

Best regards,

Jinchengxiang
