[Open-licensing] For help about license

Hi,

     Here I have a question. On the page 6 of
agreement text ----" Real Format Source Code Porting
and Optimization License -- Decoder", there is a blank
of  "Jurisdiction of Incorporation".  Please tell me
in detail what  this blank implys and which
information will be filled?

The agreement text has been attached with this mail.
