[Open-licensing] Request for source access

Hi,

 I'm interested in using the Helix client for my research project, it
provides a p2p distribution network for video and want to test it out.
I am going to chop up the video stream into 4 substreams,  build a
distribution tree and finally at the endpoint replay the video to the
media player.

Could you please grant me access, to the windows media rtsp library.
