How about having the monitoring system to send an SMS when the feeds are down? David From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of mustafa sihorwala Sent: mercoledì 30 maggio 2007 7.07 To: [email protected] Subject: [Open-discuss] SMS Tool Required Hello All, We have a Helix streaming server which has live feeds coming into it. (PUSH based for real media and 3gp & PULL based for windows media) Is there any tool which can send an alert SMS to a configured mobile number whenever any of the feeds are 'down' from the content provider. I know that we can observe this from the GUI console but this needs 24x7 monitoring which is not feasible for me. Please help me out in this. Thanks and Regards, Mustafa ________________________________ The idiot box is no longer passe; It's making news and how! <http://content.msn.co.in/Entertainment/TV/Default.aspx> _______________________________________________ Open-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.helixcommunity.org/mailman/listinfo/open-discuss
