To access the Helix WM Technology you need a couple of things:

 

1. a Microsoft WM Interim Product Agreement

2. access to restricted source code by executing a Real Format Source Code
porting license

3. the Helix WM Technology amendment to #2

 

You can download # 2 here if you do not already have it.

If you confirm that you have #1 and are moving ahead on #2 I can provide #3.
