How to download the complete source code of Helix Plus Server 11.1?

Please hlep! I am trying to build the helix plus server 11.1 at windows

server 2003. When I am running build.py from the Windows command prompt,

it achieves part of the source code. However, when a "temdir_3968" file

appeared, it seems to  stop downloading. But it works well when I set the

target to server_11_1(servinst),why?
