Hi Jeff,

You need 3 things to get this source code from Real:

1. Microsoft Interim Product Agreement that gives you rights to WM decoder
source code.

2. Real Format Source Code Porting & Optimization (RFSC PO) license that
gives you rights to Real's restricted source code repositories.

3. Amendment to RFSC PO License to get access to the Helix WM Technology
that you want.
