[Open-licensing] real format source code license application

Dear Helix Community,

We are trying to add RealVideo decode support to our Home Media Centre 
platform.

I suppose we need to apply for "Real Format Source Code Porting and 
Optimization Licenses"
to get source code for porting, and "commercial distribution license - 
RCSL Commercial Use Licensee"
when we sell our product.

Tried filling in the license requests form online
(on https://helixcommunity.org/licenses/request) but there was no reply.

Am I looking at the right place?  Please advise.
