Sorry I have been a while getting back to you I didnt see the first reply in 
my email.

I think that it would be sufficient to use the Helix Server (plus) under the 
binary license.  I would be using this to stream to/through using the 
producer from helix community and also serving static realaudio files. I do 
not want to build on top of it but I would like to use it in a production 
environment as is.  I currently am testing a precompiled binary release 
(helixserverplus) which supports enough to do what I need.

The use of the producer is, as you said (Sherri), just for the university 
radio station, I do not want to alter it or distribute it in any way. I have 
agreed to the binary license and have been playing with the producer for a 
little while to make sure it will work on the machines I have available.

I think that answers your questions on what I an using the software for. Let 
me know if I am not being clear though.

Welcome to the Helix Community!  I assume from your email that the usage of 
Producer is strictly for the university station.
