The source code for Mp4 /AAC is licensed by RealNetworks under the Helix 
DNA Client RCSL commercial distribution license.
https://helixcommunity.org/content/licenses

However, you also need to get a patent license from Coding Technologies and 
MpegLA to distribute AAC and Mpeg4 respectively.
