Hi Sridhar,.

Generally, if the cvs/ssh system is asking you for a password, it 
means that the private key on your machine is not matching up with 
the public key that you stored on helixcommunity.org.

 From your log, it seems that the dsa private key does not exist on 
your system. This is what I would suggest.
1.Clear up all keys from your $HOME/.ssh
2. Follow steps 8 -11 from 
https://common.helixcommunity.org/2004/devdocs/quickstart

Please continue to use DSA encryption only and please wait at least 1 
hr after you update the key.
