Hi Rishi, I have tried what you suggested - I get the same problem. Is there a server log file that you/someone in your group can be examine to see what's going on there? Another thing that I would like to report - when I used Firefox to update the keys, it looks like there is a problem with it sending keys to the server or showing that there is a key on the server. Using IE, that problem seems to go away. I am using Firefox 1.5 on Windows XP.
