Helix DNA Client Participants,

We are currently still actively discussing the various features 
submitted, so we will be taking some more time for Step 2. I have 
documented and changed the dates in the following document:

Please note, Step 2 will go on until Oct 27th. We will have the 
"Announcement of phase 1 Plan of Record" on October 30th, 2006.
