I went through the code fixing all the warnings valgrind through up a
while ago (njb1 codepath), although there may be some new ones that have
appeared.

Just ran neutrino under valgrind and the warnings it shows are coming
from libusb rather than libnjb itself.  Although few seem to come from
libnjb when calling NJB_Close(), dealing with the error stack.
