Strangely enough there is a gnomad2 list and the author of Gnomad2 is not 
on it himself. So he will fix this...

The problem is probably not accents but the name "04." in the beginning of 
the file. (Try changing it and correct me if I'm wrong.) However it is 
fixed in 2.8.2...
