I have been porting some but need a device to test on, and that will 
arrive (hopefully) this week.

I will incorporate it into the Gnomad source base to get a rapid release 
that people can use, then, rich from the experience, confer with Richard 
on how we best maintain a common codebase for Linux and Mac.
