The 0x4130 is the MTP version of the Zen Micro, not supported by libnjb but by libmtp (http://libmtp.sourceforge.net/). Last time I checked libmtp was not included with any Debian (and consequently not in Ubuntu either) so consequently gnomad2 has not been compiled with libmtp support either. If you compile libmtp + gnomad2 from source it will probably solve the problem, but the best thing is to push the Debian package of course.
