I thought hard about this and right now, if i can have a device DRM
free, i'd rather go for it. So I reinstalled the old drive and flashed
its OS to 1.20 (was using 1.03 previously).

I am still thinking about upgrading the drive to higher capacity (I've
seen fujitsu 100-120GB on Ebay) but head of number of tracks
restrictions on the device (something like 10.000 tracks).

Can anyone confirm this ?
