Compile fail when NOT using MTP

Too small a fix for a patch: When you don't include MTP in the compile, the function 'jukebox_getusage' in jukebox.c is hidden, causing a compile failure at "jukebox.c:565: undefined reference to 'jukebox_getusage'". Fix is just to move it outside the MTP conditional bit.
