Hi everyone, I'm not sure this is the correct place to post this but here goes. I currently working on a plugin for rhythmbox that would allow it to interface with njb audio players. Conveniently there are python bindings for both! My question is this: I'm detecting njb devices by catching DeviceAdded messages on dbus. I then check the device HAL device properties for the newly added device for the capability portable_audio_player and then check that portable_audio_player.type == njb. I then come to pick up the device in pynjb and herein lies the problem. I am unsure how I can relate the device info I have from HAL to a device listed by pynjb.NJBDevice.Discover(). Is there any way to do this? Also I'd like to be able to do this the other way around. I.e. find all devices with Discover() and relate them to their respective HAL object.
