The posts in this thread from 3 Aug are relevant - before then the  
problems affected all players.  One user is using a Pocket DJ, the  
other says just DJ.   Maybe it only affects some DJs or is Mac  
specific.  Or maybe even it affects all models (Creative & Dell) but  
only some players show this symptom.
