Maybe something like making NJB_Capture() and NJB_Release() do nothing, and doing their work in NJB_Open() and NJB_Close() could be fine, as new implementations would only use these latter calls, while old code would still work. Anyway it's not a big problem I guess :). Thanks for the quick reply!
