Yes, I see the problem. For the moment I don't need this, so I guess we'll 
think about it at a later time :).

Maybe something like making NJB_Capture() and NJB_Release() do nothing, and 
doing their work in NJB_Open() and NJB_Close() could be fine, as new 
implementations would only use these latter calls, while old code would still 
work. Anyway it's not a big problem I guess :).
