 From my point of view, "(0x20 to 0x7E)" limitation means that the block 
is invalid and should be discarded.
Maybe we should be more explicit about the expected behavior in case of 
invalid content (e.g. a sub-block size bigger than the upper block 
size...), whatever is the invalid content.
