New Matroska field: 360°

It's now common to take 360° pictures (Google Sphere for example), you
can play some 360° videos from YouTube on your cardboard equipped
smartphone.

The current technology uses a very large picture frame and then
displays them in a sphere to give the 360° effect. I don't know
exactly what is needed to play it back properly.

There should at least be a way to tell a Matroska file is a 360°
video. Maybe the dimensions of the sphere to display are also needed
to get the proper depth.

Anyone with more info on how it works is welcome to help us define
this feature properly.
