The spec on matroska.org contains erroneous duplicates

The current spec at https://matroska.org/technical/specs/index.html has
Segment (and all its child elements) listed twice. I'm guessing something
got messed up when auto-generating the page, because the first Segment
definition includes the new Colour element, while the second Segment
definition does not include this element.

It looks like specdata.xml is still correct and doesn't contain this error.
