[Ask] I have .MKV. How can I parse its information ?

Dear all,
I=E2=80=99m newbee with GStreamer. Now, I=E2=80=99m working with GStreamer =
to play back. However, GStream can=E2=80=99t parse information of MKV as Ch=
apters, Tracks, =E2=80=A6
So I want to ask how to parse it and do you have any example ? I want to ge=
t information to send to GStreamer to switch audio, video, subtitle track =
=E2=80=A6.
