Hey,

I'm 100% in favor of having a CoC. Thanks for bringing it up, Steve. I
don't have a lot of experience with other CoCs, but the template by
contributor-covenant.org seems fine to me. Maybe someone with more
experience reading (or even writing) other CoCs may point out things that
are missing.
