installation of matroska pack 1.1.2 full

To whom ever it concerns, Hi my name is Heather and i'm having trouble with the installation. It will run smoothly until it asks me to download RealVideo / RealAudio and then it will come up with two boxes - RealPlayer Free - RealAlternative and nothing else, it just stops. How do i remedy this?
