i have a question i have downloaded a movie with a mkv file

And I want to burn it on dvd but I don’t know with witch one I should burn it , I have nero bruning rom but should I burn it as a divx image iso or what and my dvd player is a dvd svcd vcd divx and he can play almost every thing

Sow please let me know how I can burn it
