Seekhead contains link to another Seekhead

I am facing a problem with a file .mkv containing a video V_MPEG4/ISO/AVC, audio and two subtitles streams. The file is completely playable when it is on my hard disk; if I burn it on a dvd disc then the file is readable up to the first 8 minutes, than it freezes or restarts. It is not possible to seek over that time. I tried different dvds and drives. I used MKVVERIFY and got this message in the logfile "errors.txt": (mkv parser) note: File type: Matroska v1 (mkv parser) note: Seekhead contains link to another Seekhead What do you suggest to repair this file and have it burnable.
