MKV to DVD converter - freeware and with multiple audio and subs support

Dear Sirs,
I got a video file in this format: *filename.mkv.
*The size is cca. 8,5 GB
Could you give me any idea how to convert it to a real DVD file and 
write it to a dual layer DVD disc.
