matroska.org - server not available?

For some reason I can't reach www.matroska.org - subdomains, like lists.matroska.org work just fine. A ping gets results, so the server should be alive. Is it my end that's not working? I've tried with different computers and browsers. A HTTP viewer suggests that the server refuses to create a connection. So, what's up?
