Burning!!?

Hi, i have recently gotten into the world of japanese anime, i have
downloaded approx 15 gbs of .mkv files then realised, i have no idea how to
burn this and after googling it i got next to nothing. Is there anyway to
burn these files to a dvd with all Audio tracks and subtitles? if so how??
if not how can i get say the 2nd audio track wich is enlgish and the video
without losing quality? or the original japanese and the subtitles?
