You know how there are annotations on YouTube videos? Well, one thing I've
noticed is that there have not been any standards which have attempted to
recreate YouTube annotations, so I decided to create my own. I'd love it if
you considered it to be included in the Matroska standard.

It's called Anovideo <https://sites.google.com/site/anovideostandard/home>,
and I've just put up the first draft of a specification standard. I hope
you consider this. Thanks!
