I believe there is a mistake in the Matroska tags documentation. The=20
COUNTRY tag description=C2=B9 refers to the ISO-639-2 that is provides=20
language codes=C2=B2, not country codes.

The good reference is probably the ISO-3166 that defines 2 and 3 letters =

country codes=C2=B3.
