Re: Is there a proper way to put in a tailer before the movie?

There's not tutorial for now.

If all the videos are in the same format, you can:

1/ merge the regular video with the matching subtitles in a mkv file
2/ create a new mkv file that appends your trailer and then append the
one created in step 1. You can also add a chapter that describes the 2
separate video in that single (final) stream based on their duration.

If the videos are not in the same format/dimension, you can use 2
different segments. You will also need each segment to tell the UID of
the previous/next segment to they can be virtually linked during
playback. If you want you can concatenate these 2 segments in one
file. Some players like VLC and maybe Haali's splitter should be able
to skip back and forth between these 2 segments.
