Doubts - MKV files

Good morning,

 

I’m an user in Brazil and I have some doubts.

Recently I’ve downloaded a file ( dépêche mode concert ) in mkv.

I tried to convert it to mpeg and when I observed I discovered that all the
files that there are in an ordinary dvd are there.

So, I decided to record this file in a dvd disk to have a real dvd (working
as a dvd, not a simple file recorded on it).

 

What could I do to record it as a dvd ? which software do you suggest me ?
